We appreciate your trust in our products and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations.
Because of the personal nature of our products, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, except in the case of:
Damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
Items not functioning as described (subject to verification).
All intimate and personal-use products are sealed and non-returnable once the package is opened.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A photo or video showing the issue
A short description of the problem
Send the details to info@intimatetoys.in.
Our team will review your request, and if approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
Replacement of the product (if available), or
Refund of the full purchase amount.
If a refund is approved:
The amount will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet) within 5–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Products returned without prior approval
Opened, used, or tampered products
Delays caused by courier/shipping partners beyond our control
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
To request a cancellation, email info@intimatetoys.in immediately with your order number.
In rare cases of a damaged or lost shipment, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue or issue a replacement/refund as appropriate.
